InMode and BodyTite journey

For over a decade, the leaders and scientists behind InMode and BodyTite have been working hard to revolutionize the medical aesthetic industry, starting with its launch as Invasix in 2008. Global CEO Moshe Mizhary and one of the founding fathers of IPL technology and master physicist CTO Michael Kriendel, together delivered their promise by introducing state-of-the-art light, RF and laser solutions. In 2011, InMode received more than 10 U.S FDA clearances for their innovative minimally invasive and non-invasive technologies including RFAL (Radiofrequency Assisted Lipolysis) and IPL-based solutions.

By 2016, the minimally-invasive BodyTite technology for lipolysis and three-dimensional contraction of the dermis was FDA cleared. In 2017, InMode has been pleased to launch the newest addition to their legacy of industry leading technology advancements: Votiva; a safe, gentle and effective non-invasive solution for feminine health.

Invasix, the company behind InMode and BodyTite, looks forward to continuing to contribute to the industry with its ground-breaking innovations and the pipeline of these revolutionizing innovations looks healthy and promising.

InMode and BodyTite devices are EU and FDA approved!

All the InMode and BodyTite equipment carry CE marking for European approval but are also approved by the FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration). The equipment has undergone extensive safety and efficacy testing and has extensive clinical documentation unrivalled by most of the medical aesthetics devices in the same categories today.

While many research papers and studies have been conducted all over the world, the most of the hall mark studies have been carried out in the United States and Canada.

Having these approvals is pivotal in ensuring product safety and efficacy – the latter particularly important and necessary for FDA approvals. While these types of technologies are classified either as non-invasive or minimally invasive, it is pivotal that the person using the equipment are well trained and qualified for the devices and procedures. Non-compliant devices or usage can be ineffective at best and harmful at worst to the patients.

MediNordic makes sure that all InMode and BodyTite users in the Nordic area are trained and certified in operating the devices and treatment protocols so the highest level of safety, results and customer & patient satisfaction are obtained.

InMode and BodyTite devices at work!

InMode devices are operated with electrical power and utilize various medical aesthetic technologies, such as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), Laser light, Radio Frequency and Fractional technology – all depending on the indications being treated and the devices designed. You can read more about aesthetic medicine technologies in the products section under aesthetic medical devices.

There are three InMode device platforms available in the Nordic market:

  • InMode RF/BodyTite Surgical Platform (based on RF technology and allowing usage of both non-invasive and minimally invasive RF devices)
  • InMode Dermal platform (allowing usage of non-invasive RF technology based devices and laser devices)
  • InMode MD Platform for Spas (allowing laser like IPL device usage for skin rejuvenation for qualified skin therapist)
